Sound Bath

A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience which can take you on a journey of deep relaxation, healing and self discovery. 

 

Everything in the Universe, including our body, is composed of vibrations.

Once settled in comfortable stillness you will be led in a guided meditation followed by a flow of sound vibrations to soothe your body and mind bringing harmony and balance.

Pilates

Jen is our resident Pilates Teacher who incorporates all aspects of

well being into her classes.

 

Having worked in the community for 20 years Jen has a wealth of experience and because we have a max of 8 people per class you can ensure individual attention.

 

In addition to the physicality of these practices the session

 will include

How to take your practice

 'off the mat'

 

Pilates is taught in  Studio and via Zoom,

Private Groups or 1-2-1*
